We are pleased to offer both delivery and collection services from our online shop. Details of each are outlined below.

A Note on Services During Covid-19

Due to Covid-19 and a high volume of orders, orders are currently being dispatched within 1 working day after the order is placed. Once your order has been marked dispatched, delivery is expected to take place within 1-2 working days for Ireland.

Next day delivery is not guaranteed during this time, although we are working extremely hard to process all orders as fast as possible. Most orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days. Delivery will take place with DPD or AnPost,

Our Click & Collect service is available free on all orders. You can choose to collect your order in either of our pharmacy locations. Please allow up to 1 working day for your order to be assembled and ready for collection. You'll receive a phonecall when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Fees & Timescales

Delivery Delays

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping/delivery information is provided and that your package can be received at your address. Should it occur that delivery be impossible and that the package is returned to us, the buyer will be subject to shipping fees for resending of goods.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the parcels within the estimated timescales.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the full shipping address supplied at checkout is correct. Please review this before placing your order. We prioritise a fast dispatch and delivery timeframe, so it may not be possible to amend your delivery/shipping information after you place your order.

Items Returned To Sender

If you enter incorrect or incomplete shipping address and your item is returned to sender, we will only resend your order after the buyer pays an additional shipping fee. If the order is subsequently cancelled after being returned to sender, a restocking fee of €5 will apply to each order and will be deducted from the refund amount.
